Use a data protocol to analyze CFA results at the learning target level, identifying patterns across classrooms and student groups.
Distinguish between students who need additional time and support and those who are ready to go deeper.
Practice the team conversation that turns data into action, moving from what does this tell us to what do we do about it and how ill we know it worked
