About MeI bring over 17 years experience working with youth in a variety of impactful roles, including Mentor, Coach, Juvenile Corrections Officer, and Interventionist. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Throughout my career, I maintained a strong commitment to supporting young people who experience academic, behavioral, social, and/or emotional challenges. My passion lies in guiding youth toward positive growth and long term-success. Currently, I lead a team of 25 Interventionist and provide ongoing support to staff by providing guidance, resources, and coordination to strengthen Tier 2 systems and structures across campuses. I am dedicated to ensuring staff are effectively equipped to meet student needs and foster meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
